I like this photo very much! Especially since there’s a spirit in the photo. I’ve got a chapter in my book “Aura Advantage” on taking photos with energy showing up, using regular cameras… but it looks like you’re doing great already!
I appreciate your healthy skepticism, and will say that that's the standpoint I always initially take! Have you been to Tibet, or to this prayer spot in Tibet? That would be so cool if you have. :) No fires around for at least 60 miles.. how distant were you hypothesizing? I'm actually in the process of having this picture analyzed by a friend at a professional photo studio, so that they can rule out things like light, dust, and lens problems. We're also trying to see if it is possible that the blur/haze is some sort of meteorological effect, but there was no fog or mist in any of the other photos I took. In fact, it was the clearest day of my visit in Tibet. I have another photo of me taken in this same general spot, with my tour guide's different camera, with the same figure appearing to my right.

What a great pic, although I have to say I think the “spirit” could be some smoke from a distant fire.
